I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) providing virtual therapy to adults, couples and adolescents across California. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Women & Gender Studies from Santa Clara University and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles.

My clinical training was completed at the Southern California Counseling Center, where I worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. Currently, I work as a primary therapist at a residential treatment center for adolescents, supporting young people through some of the most formative and challenging periods of their lives.
 

I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is a catalyst for healing. My integrative style is tailored to each individual’s goals, drawing on evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT and Attachment Theory to meet your unique needs.
